Baked Potato Sliders
I realized I like to post a lot of not-so-healthy recipes on here!
I promise, we eat healthier than this, but I had to make a quickie dinner and had some potatoes that had to be eaten. It was already dinner time, so I didn't have time to bake whole potatoes.
The idea came to me.........baked potato sliders.
Simply wash, and cut potatoes into 1/2-1 inch slices and lay them out on a greased cookie sheet. Season with a little salt and olive oil.
Bake for 20 minutes on 425 degrees.
Pull them out, place them on a plate. Add a dollop of sour cream and whatever toppings you have.
I baked bacon on my broiler pan to allow a lot of the fat to drip off, and added a little dill too!
Mangia!
PS...You dont need to use this much sour cream!
and DO you not LOVE my new blog design?? ;)
