Bakery Feature: The Baked Equation

Supporting local businesses is one of my goals, and local bakers are some of the most fun local businesses to work with. I have followed and been a fan of The Baked Equation for a while, and last year bought my first batch of their cookies.

Melissa and her assistant, Hayley, work hard to create these masterpieces.

Upon visiting them in their home kitchen, I quickly realized what a system they have when it comes to everything from planning, icing/decorating, billing and shipping their orders!

Melissa was SO nice to let me photograph some of their beautiful work a few weeks ago, and it confirmed even more that supporting small businesses is a great way to make friends, business partnerships and find high quality products.

She ships all over the US and even offers gluten free options. Thank you for allowing me to feature you Melissa!
